Learn how to check your Ghana Education Service (GES) salary online using the new payroll portal. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to access and download your payslip securely.

Public school teachers under the Ghana Education Service (GES) can now access their salary details online through the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department (CAGD) payroll system.

The online payslip platform allows staff to view, download, and print their monthly salary statements without visiting district or regional offices.

Below is a clear guide on how to check your GES salary online.

Step 1: Visit the Official Payroll Portal

Go to the official government payroll website:

    https://gogepayservices.com

This is the authorised platform for public sector salary access.

Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password” (For First-Time Users)

If you are logging in for the first time, you must set up your password.

Click on “Forgot Password” and provide the following details:

    • Staff ID
    • Ghana Card Number
    • Valid email address

You will then be prompted to create a new password.

Step 3: Confirm Your Mobile Number

After setting your password, you must verify your mobile number through a One-Time Password (OTP).

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to complete the verification process.

Note: Due to high traffic on the portal, OTP messages may delay. If this happens, wait and try again later.

Step 4: Log In to Your Account

    Once verification is complete:

    • Enter your Staff ID
    • Enter your new password
    • Click Login

You will gain access to your salary dashboard.
