0 but former President John Mahama has been accused by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party of consuming the product leading to shortages in the production of sanitizer.
“Alcohol is meant for sanitizer but John Mahama is drinking it. We are facing sanitizer shortage because John Mahama is drinking too much alcohol”, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako said on the Wontumi Morning Show.
His swipe at former President stems from his recent comment that the NDC will not accept the results of the 2020 general elections should it deem the process as unfair.
According to Mr. Mahama, the NDC has participated in all elections in the Fourth Republic and accepted defeat each time they lost.
Mahama warned that his party may not accept the results of the upcoming elections due to the disagreements between the NDC and the Electoral Commission (EC) on the voters’ register.

Responding to the comment, the NPP Chairman known as Chairman Wontumi stated that “I believe Mahama has stop taking his medication. Also he should stop consuming too much alcohol. There is sanitizer shortage because John Mahama is drinking too much alcohol”, Chairman Wontumi said.
The NPP Chairman continued that if one should mix the blood of the former President with starch, the outcome “would be sanitizer due to the alcohol percentage in his blood”.
