President Mahama appoints Charlotte Osei, Totobi Quakyi, and others to the Ghana Gas Board as part of a new leadership team to drive strategic direction and sector growth.
Former Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Charlotte Osei, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) by President John Dramani Mahama.
This was confirmed in an official statement issued by Ghana Gas on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, detailing the appointment of a new board to oversee the operations of the state-owned gas infrastructure company.
The reconstituted board will be chaired by Mr. Kofi Totobi Quakyi, a respected public servant. Ms. Judith Adjobah Blay has also been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company.
